Free Worldwide Shipping for Orders

Don’t worry about shipping fees — as a Luxcove Skincare customer, we’ll cover this for you at checkout. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 3 – 5 working days — FREE
United States: 3 – 7 working days — FREE
Rest of the world: 3 – 7 working days — FREE

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may change due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing delays.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once a packing slip is created, your order is being prepared for shipment (this does not necessarily mean it has already shipped). At this stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at luxcoveskincare@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Import Duties & Importer of Record

By placing an order with Luxcove Skincare, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record for your shipment. As the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Payment of customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges

  • Providing any required information to customs authorities to release your order

Customs charges and import fees are determined by the destination country and are outside of Luxcove Skincare’s control. We are unable to predict these costs or prevent them from being applied.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to comply with import requirements, Luxcove Skincare cannot be held responsible, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund.
